Kinetic Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (‘Conditions’)
1. Promoter: The promoter of a prize draw is the person legally responsible for administering it. For this prize draw, the promoter is Kinetic Games Limited, a company incorporated in England (with company number 12966685), whose registered office address is Stag Gates House, 63/64 The Avenue, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SO17 1XS (‘Kinetic’).
2. Eligibility Rules: This prize draw is open to any individual aged 18 or over who has been a member of both the:
2.1 Phasmophobia Discord server; and
2.2 CyberPowerPC UK Discord server,
for at least one year at the time of entry into the prize draw. Kinetic may check its data, and that of CyberPowerPC, to confirm that the entrants meet this entry requirement.
3. Employees of Kinetic, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants may not enter on behalf of another person, group company or syndicate. Entrants must use their legal name.
5. Any entries not submitted in compliance with the above eligibility rules will be invalid. Whether all relevant eligibility rules have been met will always be decided in Kinetic’s sole discretion. Kinetic may require evidence of compliance with the eligibility rules from entrants before the prize is awarded.
6. Entry: This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
7. All entries must be submitted via the #discord-giveaways channel in the official Phasmophobia Discord server.
8. The opening date for entries is 12PM (BST) on 13TH OCTOBER 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 12PM (BST) on 20TH OCTOBER 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
9. Kinetic accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
10. Winning and Prize: A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24TH OCTOBER 2025. (‘Draw Date’).
11. 12. The winner will be notified by email, telephone or direct message on Discord (using details provided at entry) within 28 days of the Draw Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Kinetic within 14 days of being notified by Kinetic, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Kinetic will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
13. The prize will be dispatched to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win.
14. Kinetic will cover standard international shipping costs for the prize. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the winner. Kinetic is not liable for delays due to customs or international shipping.
15. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
16. Kinetic may replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Kinetic's control makes it necessary to do so.
17. Kinetic makes no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided. Insofar as is permitted by law, Kinetic, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Kinetic, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. Administration of the Prize Draw: The decision of Kinetic regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. To comply with the requirements of the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority, Kinetic must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Kinetic will send the surname and country of the prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Kinetic at Stag Gates House, 63/64 The Avenue, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SO17 1XS (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 8. If you object to any or all of your surname or country being published or made available, please contact Kinetic using the above email or postal address. In such circumstances, Kinetic must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
20. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Conditions upon entry. Kinetic may refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Conditions.
21. Kinetic may void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
22. Personal Data: All personal information provided by entrants when entering the prize draw will be used by Kinetic for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the prize draw and always in accordance with Kinetic’s privacy policy (available at www.kineticgames.co.uk/privacy-policy). See also condition 19 with regard to the announcement of winners.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
